Molecor is an international benchmark company in solutions for infrastructure, building and sewage, as well as being the undisputed leader in Oriented-PVC technology in the world. It has eight production centers around the world (South Africa, Spain, Paraguay and Malaysia), four commercial offices and its products are present in more than 30 countries. In August 2020, MCH Private Equity acquired a majority stake in Molecor to jointly develop a large industrial project. In line with this development, on September 30, 2021, Molecor completed the acquisition of the Adequa production unit. From this day Molecor is a larger company, more diverse and above all, with more bases for growth with a broader product portfolio.
